1. Are all your products 100% organic?

Yes. At Organic Hub, we are committed to offering high-quality organic dry fruits, herbal seeds, and wellness products sourced with care to ensure freshness and quality.


2. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver all across Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


3. How long does delivery take?

  • Karachi: 2–3 Working Days
  • Other Cities: 4–6 Working Days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to courier delays.


4. What are your shipping charges?

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 300
  • Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 3,000.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


7. Can I return a product?

Returns are only accepted if the product is expired at the time of delivery. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.


8. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

If the mistake is from our side (wrong, damaged, or incorrect product), the exchange is completely free.

If the exchange is requested for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges.


9. How will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed via Bank Transfer after the returned product has been inspected.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.

15. What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?

If you receive the wrong or a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost if the issue occurred due to our mistake.
